The first in the series is the Isuzu Erga of Nara Kotsu's Yagi-Shingu Line, famous for being the longest route bus in Japan that doesn't use expressways.

Nara Kotsu's Yagi-Shingu Line is a long route that runs across the Kii Peninsula, from Yamato-Yagi Station on the Kintetsu Line in Nara Prefecture to Shingu Station on the Kisei Main Line in Wakayama Prefecture, with a total length of 169.9 km, 168 bus stops, and a travel time of approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes.

Along the line are tourist spots such as the Tanise Suspension Bridge in Uenoji, Totsukawa Onsen, Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine, Yunomine Onsen, Watase Onsen, and Kawayu Onsen, and in recent years the area has become a popular destination for foreign tourists visiting Japan.
