Jotetsu Corporation is a transportation company based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and is part of the Tokyu Group.
The company operates various bus services, including the "Kappa Liner", which connects Sapporo Station to Jōzankei and Hoheikyo, as well as commuter liners to Minamisawa and the Kawazoe Odekake Bus.
In the past, Jotetsu also operated the Jōzankei Railway, which ran from Higashi-Sapporo to Jōzankei.
In December 2025, the company will celebrate the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Jōzankei Railway.
