Jōtetsu Co., Ltd. is a member of the Tokyu Group headquartered in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
The company operates routes connecting Sapporo Station with Jozankei and Hoheikyo, as well as commuter liner services to the Minamisawa area and the Kawazoe “Odekake Bus,” among others.
The former Jozankei Railway once operated a rail line between Higashi-Sapporo and Jozankei.
In December 2025, the Jozankei Railway will celebrate the 110th anniversary of its founding.
