The Nishitetsu type 7050 is a minor variant of the type 7000.
It was introduced in 2003 as a replacement for the type 600, which was used for one-man operation trains directly serving the Amagi Line.
Compared to the type 7000, which has four doors, this model was modified to have three doors. It also features a standee pole in the center of the ten-seat row to encourage seated capacity.
From fiscal years 2025 to 2027, the trains are planned to be converted for use on the Kaizuka Line, gradually replacing the existing type 600.
-The train can be motorized to an N scale train and is compatible with TM-12R Motorized Chassis, TT-04R Trailer Conversion Kit, and Tomix 0258 Pantograph.
