JR West Series 287 "Kuroshio" Limited Express — Renewed 60th Anniversary Special Edition
The Series 287 Kuroshio was introduced to replace the Series 381 operating in the Nanki area and entered commercial service in March 2012. The Kuroshio primarily operates between Shirahama and Shingu and Shin-Osaka and Kyoto, configured in 6- or 9-car sets.
