PORTRAM is a vehicle introduced by Toyama Light Rail in 2006 to coincide with the opening of the Toyama Port Line. In 2020, it was taken over by Toyama Regional Railway following the progress of the Toyama Station tram south-north connection project. Since the direct operation start of the Toyama Port Line and Toyama Tram Line in 2020, the <PORTRAM> has been commonly operated on all urban lines, symbolizing the revitalization of Toyama City's central area, with public transportation as the core.

- Body and window markings reflect details post-February 2020 after the Toyama Chihou Railway merger.
- Different destination displays are printed on each vehicle set.
- Head/tail lights are illuminated. The headlights shine in white and bulb colors, with two colors and four lamps; fog lamps do not illuminate.
- Standard equipped with interior lighting.
