Series E233-7000 was introduced in 2013 to replace the 205 series on the Saikyo Line. In addition to its mutual through service with the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Rinkai Line, it is now also deployed in mutual through service with the Sagami Railway. It operates across a wide range of sections, including from Kawagoe to Shin-Kiba and Ebina.
- Productized version of the Hae 117 formation, belonging to the Kawagoe Vehicle Center.
- Rooftop air conditioners: Cars 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 are equipped with the AU726A type, while cars 2, 6, and 10 have the AU726B type.
- Precisely reproduced ATACS antenna mounted on the roof of the leading car. The formation number "117" on the front glass and the ATACS ID "ID-47" are accurately depicted with printed details.
- Headlights/taillights and front displays are illuminated, using white LED technology.

- The side destination displays are printed in black with no markings. Comes with destination display stickers.
- Printed baby carriage marks on cars 1 and 10, as well as a weak air-conditioning car mark on car 9.
- Middle coupling section is equipped with standard body-mounted KATO tight couplers with hooks, and the leading section uses dummy couplers.
- Uses a slotless motor for smooth and silent operation.
