Born in 1968. An artist who depicts the worlds of space and mythology with extensive astronomical knowledge and outstanding artistic sense. His "12 Constellations" series has been commercialized worldwide. The planetarium production "Night on the Galactic Railroad" was screened nationwide, becoming a major hit with over one million viewers. He is also popular as a photographer, publishing photo books and essay collections. On X (formerly Twitter) he has over 900,000 followers. In recognition of his contributions to astronomy outreach and his work as an artist, asteroid number 11949 was named "Kagayayutaka".
