At Plaza Japan, we insure every item we sell, which means that you don’t have to worry about your purchase being lost or damaged during transit.
In the event that you determine that there was a problem with your shipment – whether it has been damaged during shipping or there was a mistake in shipment – just let us know within one week from the delivery date and we will exchange the item at no extra charge.

- We kindly ask that you package all items carefully to ensure safe shipping.
- Include your original invoice (if possible) and your order number with the item.
- We recommend that you choose tracking when returning the item, as we can't otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
