At Plaza Japan, we hope that you always enjoy your purchases and that each product arrives in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
We insure the shipment for every item we sell, which means that if your item is lost or damaged during transit, you can receive a new product at no additional charge.
In the event that you determine that there was a problem with your shipment – whether it has been damaged during shipping or there was a mistake in shipment – just let us know within one week (7 days) from the delivery date and we will exchange the item at no extra charge.
Please note that Plaza Japan will not cover any charges related to return shipments, including packaging fees
To prepare your return:
- Please notify Plaza Japan of your intention to return your product(s) by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our online contact form
- We kindly ask that you package all items carefully to ensure safe shipping.
- Include your original invoice (if possible) and your order number with the item.
- We recommend that you choose tracking when returning the item, as we can't otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Plaza Japan does not cover the costs for return shipping or packing.
- If you are inquiring about a return or an exchange after one week from the delivery date, we cannot guarantee that we will accept the item; please contact us before returning your item(s).
