The customer service was fast to respond and very helpful every time I needed them, and the overall quality of the figure is absolutely amazing. It stands very well on its own, has very many points of action, and the details are all super well made with no noticeable nicks, scratches, or missing paint. All of the removeable/replaceable pieces are easy to remove, and easy to put back on, but still have a solid connection that won't just fall off. There's essentially no gap in the mid section if you bend it all the way forward or backwards, so it looks flush but doesn't seem to have any negative effect on the mobility of the piece. 10/10 Worth the money
