Kato 10-1586 Series 113 Suburban Train Shonan Color 7 Cars Set (N scale)

Originally developed as a higher-output version of the 111 series, the 113 series operated extensively on the Tokaido and Sanyo Main Lines (Tokyo to Okayama), as well as on the Yokosuka Line, Boso area lines, Chukyo region, Kansai region, and local Sanyo services. With a long production span, the series featured a wide variety of variants.

The 113 series trains on the Tokyo end of the Tokaido Main Line (Tokyo to Shizuoka/Hamamatsu) were known as “Shonan trains” due to their traditional yellow-orange and green No. 2 livery. These trains operated in long 15-car formations — a basic 11-car set including two Green Cars, plus a 4-car add-on — from 1964 (Showa 39) to 2006 (Heisei 18), serving for over 40 years.

This model allows you to recreate the full 15-car formation with two Green Cars, as well as enjoy variations such as an 11-car basic + add-on set or an 11-car basic + auxiliary set for special rapid services. By combining different sets, you can also reproduce local formations from the Tokaido and Sanyo lines.
