PORTRAM is a vehicle introduced by Toyama Light Rail in 2006 to coincide with the opening of the Toyama Port Line. In 2020, it was taken over by Toyama Regional Railway following the progress of the Toyama Station tram south-north connection project. Since the direct operation start of the Toyama Port Line and Toyama Tram Line in 2020, the <PORTRAM> has been commonly operated on all urban lines, symbolizing the revitalization of Toyama City's central area, with public transportation as the core.

- Faithfully reproduces the new accent colors of orange and yellow-green, which were not included in previous products
- The body and glass markings are printed to represent post-merger with Toyama Regional Railway as of February 2020

- Equipped with head and tail lights. The headlights have two color settings with four lamps: white and light bulb color, with non-illuminated fog lamps
