Shinobu Matsumura, who created the Evangelion Unit-01 "Berserk," is in charge of the prototype. It has been sculpted with completely new modeling based on its appearance overwhelming the Evangelion Production Model-New 02 Alpha which has activated "Back Code: 999."

From the details of the armor and body to the defeated New Unit-02 Alpha lying at its feet, the sculptural expression of the prototype is fully reproduced in the plastic kit. It is condensed into a total of 9 runners. The main body is molded in dark violet and the Spears of Longinus are molded in clear red, emphasizing the contrast in textures.
