The EF60 was an electric locomotive that appeared in 1960, replacing the old electric locomotive and was mainly used to tow freight trains.
Units 15 to 46, which are secondary models, are characterized by having a ventilation port on the skirt, a sliding window on the side window of the driver's cab, and an inverted trapezoidal casing for the headlights. It was later changed to a blue paint with a cream front warning color.
