JR Bus Kanto's articulated bus, which became the first domestically produced articulated bus and the first commercial car, was introduced at the Shirakawa branch in April 2020.
It operates between Shin-Shirakawa Station and the JR East Inspection Center mainly for picking up employees of specific vehicles, and operates with the 7E body VOLVO articulated bus introduced from Keisei Bus in 1998.
