The G3SG/1 is a sniper rifle based on the German G3 assault rifle chambered for 7.62mm NATO.

The SG/1 was created by selecting high-precision examples from the G3 production line and fitting them with a dedicated scope, cheekpiece stock, bipod, and compatible handguard to produce a special sniper configuration.

Unlike special-purpose rifles such as the PSG1, which are entirely optimized for precision shooting, the SG/1 preserves the G3's original robustness and parts commonality while retaining the ability to fire in full-auto when required.

Based on a mass-produced service rifle, it extends capability into medium to long-range engagement and exemplifies German practical engineering and craftsmanship.

This kit models the SG/1 at 1/12 Scale and includes a wide variety of interchangeable parts from sights and stock to magazines so you can select your preferred style.
