TLV-Neo, which began producing the Chevrolet Astro in 2024, adds a new finish based on the van configuration without rear side windows and features the Mooneyes color scheme celebrating Mooneyes' 40th anniversary in 2026.
The design pays homage to a demo car once built by Mooneyes USA with a distinctive yellow and black body and the iconic eyeball logo.
During the 1990s American car boom, Mooneyes was at the heart of custom culture.
Rooted in Moon Equipment, founded by Dean Moon in 1950, the company released tuning parts such as aluminum Moon Discs wheel covers that emphasize aerodynamics for speed trials and has continued to release many custom parts loved worldwide.
Note the painted license plate frames on the front and rear number plate areas.
