Tomix 97253 JNR Type 72/73 Commuter Train (Joban Line) 3 Cars Set B (N scale)

A distinctive feature of the Joban Line is its use of 20 meter electric train cars since electrification in 1936. From the mid 1960s, four door electric trains became standard, with the KUMOHA 73 series among the mainstays. By 1968, all trains except the KUHANI 67 series were standardized to four door cars. These older commuter trains operated with up to nine cars, and between 1966 and 1971 were also seen in 10 car configurations, the longest configuration for that era.
