The 700 series 0th generation belonging to JR Tokai is a vehicle for the Tokaido / Sanyo Shinkansen, and appeared as a replacement for the 0/100 series.
When Shinagawa Station opened in October 2003, the "AMBITIOUS JAPAN!" Logo was affixed to the leading car, and a circular mark was also affixed to a part of the intermediate car.
Initially, the wrapping was done until the end of 2003, when the campaign ended, but it was extended to the 2005 Aichi Expo.
