211-2000 Series Commuter Train Model — 6-Car Yokosuka-Colored N608 Formation
The 211-2000 series is a commuter train with longitudinal seating that entered service in 1986 to replace the 111 and 113 series on the Tokaido Line. From 2013, with the introduction of the E233 series, surplus train sets were gradually transferred to the Nagano General Train Center to replace 115 series trains in the Shinshu area. From January 2026, the N608 train set was repainted in a color scheme inspired by the 115 series Yokosuka color, formerly affectionately known as Yama-Suka.
This model reproduces the 6-car Yokosuka-colored N608 formation assigned to the Nagano General Train Center and faithfully captures period details including unmodernized cars fitted with ventilators.
