The 80000 series Hinotori appeared in March 2020 as a limited express train connecting Osaka Namba and Kintetsu Nagoya.
Unlike conventional vehicles, the car body is colored based on metallic red with a deep luster.
The leading vehicle is a premium vehicle with a high-decker structure with a higher floor than usual, featuring a carpeted interior and 2 rows + 1 row seats made of genuine leather.
