Zundadon is a monstrous yokai character derived from the meme figure Zundamon. He is portrayed as a 36 year old giant, 198 cm tall and 160 kg, wearing traditional Japanese clothing with long hair tied at the back and setta sandals. Carrying a wooden rice tub, he barges into other people’s homes shouting that he is there to eat, uses the refrigerator contents as side dishes, eats his fill, and then leaves. As a yokai, even the police cannot stop him.
This character began as a joke tweet by Saburo Kirigakure and grew into a beloved meme through the Tohoku Zunko and Zundamon project. Zundadon, created by Saburo Kirigakure and Misogram, is now available as a posable action figure.
