Aoshima 1/700 IJN Battleship Nagato 1944 Plastic Model

Aoshima’s Waterline series has been renewed with higher precision and more detailed fittings. New research and design have been applied to the shipboard equipment parts, and numerous slide molds were used to faithfully reproduce the intricate detail at 1/700 scale. This upgraded Waterline model delivers exceptional realism for display and diorama use.

This kit recreates the battleship Nagato as she appeared during the Leyte Gulf action in 1944, the only time Nagato conducted gunnery combat. The parts layout focuses on the essential elements for a simple, accurate, and easy assembly. High-angle guns, machine guns, searchlights, and other fittings have been newly designed to capture the fine scale detail.
