Kato 10-2243 Tokyo Metro Yurakucho/Fukutoshin Line Series 10000 (Additional Antenna Configuration) 4 Cars Add-On Set (N scale)

Tokyo Metro Series 10000 was introduced in 2006 for the Yurakucho and Fukutoshin Lines. Its rounded dome-shaped front and distinctive design became a familiar sight across a broad through-service network linking the Tobu Tojo, Seibu, Tokyu Toyoko, and Yokohama Minatomirai lines.

This 4-car add-on set reproduces 10129F, the 69th Configuration, after antenna updates. Combine it with the corresponding basic set to complete the ten-car train.

Key features and specifications

• Reproduces added digital radio antennas on both cab cars and the removal of the inductive wireless IR antenna from car 4.
• Metal-body textures and the brown Fukutoshin Line and gold Yurakucho Line colors are faithfully reproduced.
• Company symbols, mild air-conditioning markings, wheelchair, and stroller symbols are pre-printed.
• KATO close couplers with hooks are used between intermediate cars; dummy couplers are fitted at the cab ends.
• Head and tail lights plus the front destination display illuminate with white LEDs.
• Slotless motor provides smooth and quiet running.
• Front display is preset to Local / Shin-Kiba. Replacement displays for Express / Motomachi-Chukagai, Local / Wakoshi, and blank are included.
• Side destination displays are black with a destination sticker sheet included. DCC friendly.
