This commemorative model recreates Tamiya’s first RC car, the Porsche 934, using a carefully designed rear-motor, rear-wheel-drive chassis layout similar to the real car. The motor, sold separately, is mounted longitudinally at the rear center of the reinforced resin lower deck to drive the rear wheels.
The suspension features four-wheel independent operation, with double wishbones at the front and trailing arms at the rear. High-performance TRF dampers and stabilizers are equipped at both the front and rear.
A 2-channel radio system with ESC is required separately. The model has an overall length of 435 mm. The kit also includes a cockpit with driver figure and display-use body mounts that do not require holes in the body. Motor, RC equipment, and battery are not included.
