1/700 Scale Japanese Carrier Aircraft Set — Unpainted Model Kit, Early War Carrier Air Group

All in one set of carrier based aircraft in the early Pacific War. Includes four aircraft types so you do not need to buy each type separately: carrier fighter, dive bomber, attack plane, and reconnaissance aircraft. Suitable for finished wartime carriers such as Akagi, Kaga, Soryu, Hiryu, Shokaku, Zuikaku and also for Shoho, Zuiho, Junyo and Hiyo.

This is a 1/700 scale unpainted model kit that requires glue and painting.

Contents and Features
- Total 20 aircraft included: 6 Zero fighters, 6 Type 99 carrier dive bombers, 4 Type 97 carrier attack planes, and 4 Type 2 carrier reconnaissance aircraft.
- Parts are molded in gray to reduce the risk of damage during assembly.
- Decal sheet included for national markings.

Zero Fighter (Mitsubishi A6M Zero, wide wing carrier version Model 21)
- Motif is the wide wing carrier type Model 21.
- Parts per aircraft: 7 parts (fuselage, canopy, propeller, drop tank, main landing gear, tail wheel).
- Parts separation allows realistic shaping of the landing gear strut and cover, and the tail wheel.
- Drop tank, propeller, and canopy are separate parts to make paint separation easy.
- Six aircraft included.

Type 99 Carrier Dive Bomber (Aichi D3A, Model 11)
- Motif is the Model 11 from the opening through the mid war period.
- Parts per aircraft: 7 parts (fuselage, canopy, propeller, bomb, main landing gear, tail wheel).
- Parts separation reproduces distinctive landing gear covers and the shape of the 250 kg bombs accurately.
- Bombs, propeller, and canopy are separate parts to simplify painting.
- Six aircraft included.

Type 97 Carrier Attack Plane
- Motif is the Model 3 carrier attack plane equipped with the Sakae 11 engine.
- Parts per aircraft: 7 parts (fuselage, canopy, propeller, aerial torpedo, main landing gear, tail wheel).
- Large canopy, aerial torpedo, and propeller are separate parts to make paint separation easy.
- The carried torpedo features a tapered rear shape and the landing gear reproduces the rounded wheel profile in fine detail.
- Four aircraft included.

Type 2 Carrier Reconnaissance Aircraft
- Motif is the liquid cooled reconnaissance aircraft that was standardized as a carrier reconnaissance type before being as a dive bomber.
- Parts per aircraft: 10 parts (fuselage, canopy, drop tank, 60 kg bomb, main landing gear, tail wheel, propeller).
- Canopy, propeller, and 60 kg bomb are separate parts for easier paint separation.
- Fuselage captures the distinctive shape of the airframe with the Atsuta liquid cooled engine.
- Four aircraft included.

Decals
- One decal sheet approximately 89 x 90 mm.
- Includes upper and lower wing Hinomaru national markings and fuselage Hinomaru with white border in the early wartime period.
- Also includes the later filled white border Hinomaru marking from June 1944 onward, suitable for aircraft such as the Type 99 dive bomber.
