KAGAYA
Born in 1968, KAGAYA is an artist who depicts the worlds of space and mythology with abundant astronomical knowledge and exceptional artistic sense. His "12 Constellations" series has been commercialized worldwide. The planetarium production "Night on the Galactic Railroad" was shown nationwide and drew over one million viewers. He is also popular as a photographer and has published photo books and photo-essay collections. His X (formerly Twitter) account has over approximately 900,000 followers. In recognition of his contributions to astronomy outreach and the arts, asteroid number 11949 was named "Kagayayutaka".
