Introducing Blitzway s new CARBOTIX Evangelion Unit 01. The CARBOTIX Unit 01 is more than a simple redesign. Its concept was developed by repeatedly refining both form and function to imagine the practical systems that would be required if Unit 01 actually existed. The result balances the original impression from the source material with the high quality and presence of a die cast action figure.

Precision die cast metal parts and a ratchet joint system provide authentic weight and an extensive range of motion. Hidden structural details were engineered to ensure stable, dynamic posing. A variety of linked movement mechanisms reproduce humanoid like articulation appropriate to an artificial human, enabling natural and expressive poses.

The DX Ver. expands the core Unit 01 sculpt and articulation into a full package that creates a spatial scene. The front area serves as a storage hangar while the rear is modeled after a weapons lift building, both featuring internal compartments for the included armaments. When Unit 01 is placed in the hangar, the set functions like a diorama to complete a single dramatic scene.
