Terms of Service

You are regarded to have agreed to our Terms of Service policy at the same time as you complete the payment of the 1st Invoice . You may request a cancellation of the transaction prior to paying the 1st Invoice when you do not agree to our Terms of Service.

1)About the products, cancellation and refund

We can cancel your request of Proxy Shopping Service requested product is prohibited in International shipping such as living thing, raw thing, liquid, spray, flammable thing, dangerous, obscene, and illegal thing etc.

We are not responsible for refunding when we find the product is not mailable overseas after the 1st Invoice is paid and the product is purchased.

We can open the product without your permission the product seems suspicious.
We will not accept any cancellation of mis-purchasing due to your miscommunication.
We can cancel your transaction if we cannot confirm the 2nd Invoice payment within 30 days after the 2nd Invoice issued.
We will not comply with a refund or a return though you claim defectiveness, parts missing and image difference etc. after receiving the product.

2) About the inspections

We only do simple inspections and we will not do the detailed inspections.
Please refer to "(※) What are simple inspections?" written in the Proxy Shopping User's Guide page.

3) About the compensation

Although we pay the best attention in packing, handling of the shipment could vary by the postal services in your country and we cannot be responsible to compensate the damage during shipment.
When you see damages on the cardboard box upon delivery, please refuse to receive the product, and claim the damage towards your local postal service. In that case, give us a detailed information of the "damage claim report" such as the name and address of the post office that submitted the complaint, the name of the person in charge and the date of filing the complaint.
We compensate within the range of insurance of shipping method only when the damage claim report is prepared properly by the carrier and is confirmed and approved by them.

4) About the customs clearance and duty 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our proxy shopping service or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, also confirm carefully if the product goes through the customs without any problems prior to using our service. We cannot ship marked as a GIFT or with a low value on the customs form.
We do not provide further documents than the invoice describing the product name, quantity, and the price.
When the customs confiscate the product due to the prohibition of import, we are not responsible for it.

 5) Other

When you open a dispute against us in PayPal by the reason written in our Terms of Service, we can decline your dispute due to the reason that you agreed to our Terms of Service.
We can refuse to use our service and can delete your account that acted contrary to our Terms of Service.
