The Japanese National Railways 485 series limited express train is a vehicle that appeared in accordance with the so-called "Yon San Too" revision on October 1, 1968.
Some of the vehicles inherited by JR Kyushu were painted on the red body and were nicknamed "Red Express".
- Around 1993, the leading cars that belonged to the Kagoshima driver's office are all modeled on the bonnet style.
- The leading car has headlights, taillights, and headmarks.
- In the shipping state, the head mark of "Red Express Nichirin" is attached.
- Comes with replacement head marks for "Nichirin (characters on the illustration)" and "Nichirin (characters on a white background)".
- Various antennas are also included as user-installed parts.
- Incorporates the 100th generation of the Kuro 481 type green control car, which features a short body.
- Moha 484 reproduces the appearance of removing the pantograph on one side.
- Part of the pantograph uses etched parts.
- Creating different cooler shapes depending on the vehicle.
- The minimum running radius is R95.
- A009 (intermediate car) and A030 (leading car) are compatible with interior lights. A059 is compatible with the DCC decoder.
